  I use them to develop rolls of film that take E6 processing because no one else in Louisville develops E6. I have developed at least 15 rolls of with them. I went to go pick up an order from them and I was charged almost double what I have always been charged. The lady helping me told me, "I had been rung up wrong previously." Pretty annoying to hear that I have been charged wrong at least 15 times and she was quite rude and offered no apology for the inconsistency. Their work is good, their customer service is not.

  Save your money; go somewhere else. You have been warned! A few days I met with one of the Graphic Designers. We sat down for around a half an hour. She told me to email her the photo and text and she would do the work. She charges me for two hours. $190. I get home and run into problems. I can't seem to email the images. The file was to large or something. So I call and let them know. They tell me to put the images in some other file format. That didn't work either. Later that day I logged on Vista print and found temples that I could do myself. So I go up there today and ask for a refund. So the refunded me back $106. They kept the $90 as a "design fee" because the Graphic Designer sat down with me. I believe this is a predatorial practice. No other company or professions do this. I will be informing everyone about this predatorial company and very negative experience.
